About us
B&M Land Management is a locally owned forestry mulching and land clearing outfit right here in the Auburn–Opelika area. No call center, no franchise — when you call, you get one of the two people who'll actually be running the machine on your property.
Meet the owners
When you hire B&M, these are the two people who show up — no crew of strangers, no subcontracted mystery.
Co-Owner
Robert studies Building Science at Auburn, and he brings that same build-it-right discipline to your land — walking the property with you, writing a scope you can actually read, and running the machine right alongside Kaiden once the work starts.
He carries a good share of the quoting and scheduling, but he's out in the field on every job, not behind a desk. Straightforward and grounded in his faith, he'd rather give you the honest number than the easy one.
Co-Owner
Kaiden is a Business Administration major at Auburn who treats every piece of property like it's his own. Quotes, scheduling, running the mulcher, clearing the last stubborn corner — he does all of it, and he doesn't leave until the job's actually finished.
Like Robert, he splits his time between the office and the field — no job too big or too small. Hard-working, easy to deal with, and a man of faith who does what he says he'll do.
Why we started B&M
B&M started with two Auburn University students who'd rather build something honest than chase a quick dollar. We kept seeing the same thing around here — landowners handed a vague number over the phone, left guessing what they'd actually get, and sometimes stuck with a "cleared" lot left a rutted-up mess.
We knew it could be done better: quote it straight, put the scope in writing, run the equipment right, and stand behind the result. No franchise, no call center, no runaround — just the two of us, doing the work and answering for it.
We're a local, family-minded business built on faith, hard work, and treating people the way we'd want to be treated. That's not a tagline for us — it's the whole reason we do this.
Every job runs the same disciplined way, whether it's a quarter-acre lot or forty acres — the equipment know-how and the paperwork discipline working together, both pointed at your land.
That's the whole point. You get owners who can actually run the equipment well and quote it straight — who write down exactly what's included and don't leave you guessing. We call 811 before we disturb ground, we confirm property lines with you in writing, and we put the scope on one clear page before anyone starts.
Whatever your property needs — clearing, shaping, cleanup, or something in between — we'll figure out how to get it done right. When you call, you get one of us, a straight answer, and no runaround.
What we stand on
It's the tagline because it's how we run. Show up when we said. Do what we quoted. Leave the place better than we found it.
Weekend turnaround and a quick, straight answer. If we say we'll be there, we're there.
Honest ranges, a one-page scope, and no surprise line items. The number we give is the number.
Stumps ground to grade, mulch left as ground cover — no burn piles, no debris hauled to your neighbor's ditch.
We're a local, family-minded business built on faith and integrity — plain-spoken, and we'd rather show it in the work than say much about it.
Safety & insurance
We treat your property like it's our own — and we've got the paperwork to back it up.
We carry insurance on every job, so if something goes wrong on your property, you're protected — no handshake-and-hope.
We call 811 to locate utilities before any ground disturbance, and confirm your property lines with you in writing before a machine ever starts.
One clear page of exactly what's included before we start — and we leave the ground clean and better than we found it.
Based in Auburn and working across the Southeast. Wherever your property is, we can get to it — travel is quoted by distance.
Quick, free estimates — the visit's on us.
